Who we are

Drain Wizard Plumbing and Drain Cleaning (Drain Wizard Plumbing) is a licensed Connecticut plumbing and drain cleaning company. You can reach us at (203) 823-8992 or service@drainwizard.plumbing.

Information you give us

When you submit a service request or schedule a diagnosis, we collect your name, phone number, email address, service address, the service you need, and any details you write in the message field. We use this only to contact you, schedule work, and keep a record of the job. We do not sell your personal information.

Advertising measurement

We advertise online, and we need to know which ads actually lead to phone calls and service requests. To do that, this site uses an OpenAI Ads website pixel and cookies. When you click a phone number or successfully submit one of our forms, an anonymous conversion event is reported to OpenAI Ads, along with technical details such as your browser type, the page you were on, and an advertising identifier stored in a cookie.

Recipient: OpenAI (OpenAI Ads). Purposes: measuring ad conversions and optimizing our ad campaigns. We do not send your name, phone number, email address, or service address to OpenAI Ads.

Your choices

If you visit from a region where consent is required (for example the EU, EEA, UK, or Switzerland), we ask for your permission before any advertising cookies or measurement run, and nothing is sent unless you accept. Everywhere else, advertising measurement is on by default and we honor applicable opt-out signals. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time here: Cookie settings. Your updated choice applies immediately to both browser and server-side reporting. Withdrawing consent stops future measurement; it does not undo events already reported.
