Upfront, Flat-Rate Pricing
A $125 service charge covers your diagnostic and a detailed written estimate. You approve the price before we start the job. Hire us for the job and the $125 fee is waived; call us back within one week and the full $125 is credited toward the work.
Drain Wizard Workmanship Guarantee
Every job is performed to the high standards Drain Wizard is known for. Our technicians take pride in quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, and treating your home with respect. We stand behind our workmanship and are committed to delivering professional service on every job.
Clean Job Site — Guaranteed
Drop cloths, shoe covers, and a full cleanup when we're done. You'll never know we were there except for the fix.
On-Time Arrival
We show up in the window we promised. If we're running late, you get a phone call — not radio silence.

We explain what's wrong, what your options are, and what we'd do in your shoes. You choose — no pressure, ever.
Parts & Labor Warranty
Written warranty on parts and labor for every installation. If a covered repair fails, we come back and fix it at no charge.
Permits Pulled & Inspections Passed
For water heaters, gas lines, sewer replacements, and any other permitted work, we pull the permit and see it through inspection.
