- Sewer locating, depth verification, mapping, or marking

If your problem qualifies, we run the camera down the main line at no extra charge.

We explain what we found and give flat-rate pricing. Nothing extra happens without your approval.
Full Offer Terms
- Customer is responsible for the standard $125 Service & Diagnostic Visit.
- An accessible main sewer cleanout must be available.
- The sewer line must be open and flowing sufficiently to safely pass the camera.
- The complimentary camera inspection is intended to help Drain Wizard diagnose an active or recurring sewer or main drain problem.
- Not valid for camera inspections requested solely to obtain information, documentation, or locating for estimates or work to be performed by another contractor.
- Not valid for post-service inspections following drain cleaning, cabling, jetting, or repairs performed by another company.
- Not valid for second opinions, real-estate inspections, third-party documentation, or customers simply requesting to view the condition of their sewer.
- Sewer locating, depth verification, mapping, marking, recordings, and written reports are not included. When Drain Wizard determines locating is necessary to prepare our own sewer repair or excavation proposal, locating may be performed at no additional charge.
- Pulling or resetting toilets or fixtures, opening inaccessible cleanouts, and other work necessary to gain camera access is not included.
- Drain Wizard determines whether a complimentary camera inspection is appropriate based on the plumbing problem, accessibility, and site conditions.
- Cannot be combined with other offers or discounts.
- Any additional diagnostic, access, or plumbing work will be discussed with the customer before proceeding.

Is the sewer camera inspection really free?
The camera inspection is complimentary for qualifying customers — but it comes with our standard $125 Service & Diagnostic Visit. It is not a free service call. It's offered when you have an active or recurring main sewer or drain problem that we are diagnosing.
Why do I still pay $125?
The $125 Service & Diagnostic Visit covers sending a trained technician and equipment to your home and diagnosing your problem. For qualifying main sewer problems, the camera inspection is included at no extra charge.
I only want a camera inspection or a video for a home sale. Does this apply?

Another plumber already cleaned my line. Can you camera it for free?
No. The offer is not valid for post-service inspections after another company has cabled, jetted, cleaned, or repaired the drain. We can still do a paid camera inspection.
